潮汐苗床给水和排水的方式
1、边灌边排式
后来在我们的试验温室搭建潮汐式灌溉给苗床的时候,发现如果每个下水口都设置一个排水电磁阀,相对代价还是较高的,我们又设计了一种边灌边排的营养液灌入和排出的方式,只是前提条件是进水的流速FI要大于水池底部有排水口的排水流速是FO,这样经过一段时间,苗床内的水位也能达到设定的水位,又节省了建造潮汐式苗床的成本。
潮汐式苗床的种植盘有三层100%新的、抗紫外老化(UV稳定)和抗化学性的高抗冲击性聚苯材料共挤而成,种植盘具有独特的排水槽设计,盘四周边缘的部位略低于中心部位,有2mm的高差,从而是水分更易蒸发的边缘部位水位高于中央,使种植效果均衡。
2、先灌后排式
我们设计了一种潮汐式灌溉自动给水和营养液回收的苗床系统(已获得发明专利授权证书),通过电磁阀控制营养液的供应,同时,所有的下水口也设置了电磁阀开关,向苗床灌入营养液的时候,所有下水口的电磁阀关闭,等到苗床中的营养液水位达到设置的水位时,营养液灌入的电磁阀停止工作,根据控制系统中设定的营养液的滞留时间,等滞留时间达到设定值时,开启下水口的电磁阀,排出潮汐式苗床滞留的营养液。
